Special Custom Industrial Door Designs
Where doors are required but are not available from conventional sources, we

Some examples of custom designs we have created:

Prison kitchen loading dock. Lots of interior heat;
prisoner control required complete door closure at scheduled times
and air circulation at certain times. The custom solution
provided used a dual slide door track and two doors - one for the
security during "off" hors for the kitchen, and the screened and
mesh door to stop a quick exit try while the kitchen was in
operation |

Manual bifold all aluminum mesh and screen, to
prevent insect and bird entry on an opening to a very high temperature
process area on a dock that is used infrequently. No painting or
corrosion, and the door can be manually operated by one person. |

This special process, atmospheric
controlled room required absolute minimum open door time and personnel
entrance and emergency egress. We provided a fast, tight-fitting vertical
lift industrial door with clean room surfaces and insulated core.
Electric powered vertical lift delivers fast open-close main door cycle
time.
